Robe – I had a whole different level of appreciate for my robe during postpartum. It made me feel warm, cozy and it was so nice to just pull aside whenever I needed to nurse Ren. Highly recommend getting a robe you’ll love lounging in, or gifting a robe to the new mom in your life!

Kindrerd Braveley Hands Free Pumping Bra– This was my go-to hands-free pumping bra. Each side clips down for nursing if you don’t need to pump, or need to pump on one side while nursing on the other. It comes with a band extender. I bought this in black and nude. Make sure you have extras so you have a back up while doing laundry.
When I was exclusively breastfeeding and my milk supply regulated, I loved wearing this wireless, pull-on bra that I could pull-aside my bra so I could easily nurse Ren. I personally hate wearing bras, so I loved how soft and comfy this one was.

Organic Nipple Butter – I used this religiously to keep my nipples in the best state possible. I am so thankful my nipples did not bleed or crack, but I have heard horror stories. I personally believe that prevention is key to anything in life. I used this nipple butter after each feeding, especially in the beginning of my breastfeeding journey because I was constantly nursing and pumping. As a new mom, I definitely felt worried wondering is this okay for baby? Do I need to wash my nipples before each feeding in case it gets into baby’s mouth? I was confident with this one because it’s lanolin-free, non sticky, organic and non-GMO verified. I also brought it with me to the hospital and asked the nurse. One pot lasted me a really long time. Highly recommend!

Tucks Cooling Pads – The hospital provided this and gave me a few to take home because I loved them so much. I brought herbinal perineal spray by Earth Mama because I saw this mentioned a lot in hospital bag must-haves. I personally loved and thought the cooling pads were much more relief than the spray. Highly recommend this for the recovery process.

Hydroflask– If there is one thing I have noticed from being pregnancy to giving birth and recovering postpartum…water is essential. As a new mom, you will be sleep deprived and staying hydrated is key. If you are nursing/pumping, you are going experience next level thirst haha. Invest in a water bottle that can hold a lot so you can always have water on hand and make less trips for refills. Trust!!

Loose-fitting, comfy clothes – Comfort is key and looking cute is a plus, right? I appreciated loungewear on another level while I was on maternity leave. I loved this henley because it’s soft, warm and it was easy-access for nursing. I would size up for a looser fit. I love loungewear sets like this one because it’s comfy and cute whenever you had people stopping by to visit.
