Leaders is a K-beauty brand that delivers high-quality, innovative skincare products. I discovered Leaders on Instagram when they released their 7 Wonders Coconut Gel Masks. I’m familiar with cotton and hydrogel masks but it was the first time I heard of coconut gel masks. Coconut gel masks hold 10x more moisture than traditional woven masks and are made from 100% natural and non-irritating ingredients. When Leaders sent these Labotica sheet masks, I was so excited! I believe skincare is a lifelong process figuring out what works well and what doesn’t. I’m always excited abotu trying new masks and products. Keep reading to find out how these masks worked out for me! 🙂

I love that The Labotica Skin Soft Masks are compact. They fit in my everyday make-up bag , which makes it super easy to travel with. While the 7 Wonders masks are printed with beautiful flowers, the package itself is too big to fit into my toiletry bag.

I’m also impressed by this mask because it is eco-friendly. I typically use a sheet mask 4x a week. Sadly, I haven’t thought about the environmental factors associated with sheet masks until now. Sheet masking 4x a week for a long period of time is a lot of waste. Leaders created these masks out of Tencel. Tencel is a sustainable fabric made from cellulose or ground wood pulp. It is obtained from eucalyptus trees on sustainable farms that use no pesticides and genetic manipulation. I also learned that Tencel fibers are more absorbent than cotton and softer than silk. It makes perfect sense why Tencel works for sheet masks.

The first thing I noticed was there’s a lot of essence packed into this. I liked that these masks adhered to my face pretty well. I was afraid that it would slide off while sitting upright because of the amount of essence. The sheet mask has a different feel compared to cotton sheet masks, but is still very soft. It reminds me of linen, but softer and smoother. In terms of size, it was a kind of big for my face but probably because I have a small face. If you’ve tried the masks from the 7 Wonders line, it is way smaller and adheres better.

After 20 minutes, I immediately saw these benefits: hydration and radiant, youthful looking skin. After using the rice mask, my skin looked instantly brighter. My skin was glowing and looked sooo good. Rice fermentation exfoliates dead skin cells which allows to look brighter and smoother. I’m a fan of the honey mask as well because my skin looked plump and dewy. Honey is natural and full of antioxidants that soothes dry and irritated skin. Both masks worked well with my skin. I know a mask works well by looking at my skin first thing in the morning. It’s that moment when you look in the mirror and say, “Wow…my skin is looking goooood today.”

The Bottom Line
I would purchase the Labotica masks and recommend to family and friends. These are my new favorite masks! They work so well with my skin. Also, $4 per mask is a pretty good price point. I know Leaders has a lot of sales so I would purchase a bunch then. I’m excited to try the Green Tea!
